PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The V. II is a factory and office building being built under Phase 2 for ViTrox Corporation Sdn Bhd located at Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang. The building’s design was a challenge – not only to reflect in design the existing Phase 1 images but also not to over shadowed it. The design inspiration merely aspired by capturing the wind direction across the site. Circulation spaces such as corridors, staircases and terraces have been designed to enhance the social interaction among the users of the building while promoting healthy working environment. Office lifestyle no longer trapped within four walls with air conditioning but also having additional semi-outdoor space with natural wind and light.
